The apartments of Sheringham House share the common qualities of up-to-the-minute luxury yet retain a highly individual feel. Every effort is made to accommodate the individual requirements of our clients in their retirement apartment.

Some apartments have “witches hats”, observation rooms with their conical roofs clearly visible from the exterior of Sheringham House. Others, on the ground floor, have their own private gardens, while on upper floors apartments have balconies on which to sit and read or take drinks overlooking the splendid views over the town to the sea.

The lift or stairs from the underground car park or your lobby take you directly to the front door of your apartment. Just inside the spacious hallway are cupboards for coats and linen storage. There is also space for a console table and a telephone point and light fitting beside it.

The apartments all offer a large kitchen/breakfast area and an adjacent dining room, allowing free-flowing conversation between host and guests.

The spacious living room leads to an outside balcony with magnificent views of the town, sea or the beautiful landscaped gardens of Sheringham House.

The master bedroom offers a very extensive fitted wardrobe, illuminated by interior strip lighting. The en suite bathroom has a large bath, shower, glass vanity unit, hand basin, bidet and lavatory with infrared controls.

Bathroom 2 is separated from the second bedroom so that it may be used as a day-time bathroom with access from the hall. The second bedroom, as well as a third which may be adapted for use as a study, also offers a generous fitted wardrobe with plenty of shelf space. Bedrooms are designed with the flexibility to use either as double or twin accommodation. All rooms are equipped with specialised sound insulation.
